Buying and downloading
What comes with my purchase?
Each listing tells you exactly what is included. Our Happy Sweetest Day bundle contains a printable US Letter PDF, a phone card JPG, a bonus message JPG, and a thank-you and instructions PDF. Get all four in one ZIP or download them individually.
Is a physical card mailed to me?
No. You receive digital files. Printing, paper, envelopes and any print-shop charges are your responsibility.
Can I edit the wording online?
These bundles are finished designs, not editable templates. Add your own handwritten message after printing, or send a personal message alongside the phone image.
Do I need an account?
No PLM account or password is required to purchase. Enter your email at checkout for purchase recovery.
When will I get my files?
After payment is confirmed, return to your private purchase page to download. Keep that link private and save the files to your device. You can also recover purchases through My Cards.
How do I open a ZIP on my phone?
Save it to your device’s Files or Downloads app, then tap it or choose Extract or Unzip. If that is difficult, use the individual file buttons on your purchase page instead.
Printing, sending and getting help
Can I use a print shop?
Yes. Take or upload the printable PDF to a local or online print shop. Follow the included paper-size and scaling instructions; ask for actual size (100%) rather than fit to page. Printing and finishing costs are not included.
How do I print at home?
Open the printable PDF and follow its instructions. For Happy Sweetest Day, use US Letter paper in landscape at 100% size, then cut along the guides and side-fold to make a 5 × 7 card. Use cardstock your printer supports. Other designs may have different sizes or folds, so check their instructions.
How do I send the phone version?
Download the phone card image and attach it in a text, WhatsApp message or email. You choose when and to whom to send it. PLM does not send or schedule it for you. Share the phone image, not your private purchase link or the complete ZIP.
Why do printed colors look different?
Screens, printers, inks and papers display colors differently. Print a test on plain paper first to check size and placement before using cardstock.
Can I sell or share the download bundle?
The files are for personal use and gifting. You may print a card or send its phone version to your intended recipient, and give the printable PDF to a print shop to print for you. Do not resell the files, share the ZIP publicly or redistribute the designs as templates.
What about a card I purchased before the change?
Your previously purchased personalized card remains accessible through its private purchase link or My Cards. Its original sharing and PDF options remain available.
What if I cannot download or open my files?
Email passionatelovemessages@gmail.com with your checkout email, card title and a description of the problem. Read our Refund & Digital Delivery Policy for purchase support.
