Payment Information

Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. Passionate Love Messages does not receive or store your full card number or security code. The payment provider handles payment information under its own privacy terms.

• Create, personalize, deliver and recover purchased cards.
• Complete purchases and keep appropriate transaction records.

Card Links and Sharing

You choose when and how to share a finished card. Anyone who receives the recipient link may be able to view that card, so share it only with people you trust. Keep purchase and recovery access private.

Data Retention and Security

You may ask a privacy question or request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your email, subject to any information we must retain for legal, security, payment or recordkeeping reasons.

Children's Privacy

The PLM card shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
