Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

• The email address entered for checkout, card recovery or customer support.
• Names, messages, photographs and other content provided for previously purchased personalized cards or in support requests. Current download bundles do not require you to upload a message or photograph.
• Purchase details such as the card selected, price, transaction status and payment reference.
• Technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as browser type, device information, IP address and basic activity or error records.
• Information stored in your browser to remember your selected card, recent purchase or other website preferences.

Payment Information

New bundle payments are processed by Stripe. Passionate Love Messages does not receive or store your full card number or security code. The payment provider handles payment information under its own privacy terms.

How We Use Information

We use information only as reasonably needed to:

• Provide and recover purchased downloads, and maintain access to previously purchased personalized cards.
• Complete purchases and keep appropriate transaction records.
• Respond to questions, troubleshoot problems and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Maintain, secure and improve the website and customer experience.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting or payment obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Downloads, Sharing and Private Links

Keep purchase and recovery links private: they grant access to your downloads or purchases. To send a new bundle card, share the downloaded phone image with your intended recipient. If you give the printable PDF to a print shop, that shop processes the file under its own practices. Messaging apps and print shops operate separately from PLM.

Previously purchased personalized cards may still have recipient links. Anyone with one of those links may be able to view that card.

Browser Storage

We use cookies and browser storage to maintain private My Cards access and remember purchases on your device. Clearing them may remove device-based access; keep your private purchase link and checkout email for recovery. Hosting and payment providers may process technical activity and security information under their own policies.

Service Providers

We may use trusted providers for website hosting, storage, payment processing, email delivery and technical operations. They may process limited information only to provide those services, meet legal requirements and protect their systems.

Data Retention and Security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide purchased-file and card access, support customers, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your Choices

You may ask a privacy question or request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your email, subject to any information we must retain for legal, security, payment or recordkeeping reasons.

To make a request, email passionatelovemessages@gmail.com. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or security codes.

Children's Privacy

The PLM card shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy as the website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect.
