Print-or-Send Digital Downloads

Each purchase includes the files described on its product listing. These may include a printable PDF, a phone card image, a bonus message and instructions, available as a ZIP and individual files. The listing specifies sizes and formats. No physical product, printing service, paper or envelope is included.

Review Before Buying

Please review the design, wording, file formats, finished size and printing requirements before checkout. Current bundles are finished designs, not online-editable templates. Add a handwritten message after printing or a separate message when sending the phone image. Purchase support is explained in our Refund & Digital Delivery Policy.

Purchases

Prices are displayed before checkout. You agree to provide accurate checkout information and authorize the payment provider to charge the amount shown. A purchase is complete only after payment is successfully confirmed.

Previously Purchased Personalized Cards

The editable-card collection is paused for new customer purchases. Existing purchases retain their original sharing and PDF access. This shop update does not remove the rights or support attached to those purchases.

You keep ownership of the messages, photographs and other original content you add. You give Passionate Love Messages permission to process, store and display that content only as needed to create, deliver, recover and support your card.

You must have permission to use anything you upload. Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, deceptive or infringing on another person's rights.

Personal Use Only

Your purchased card is licensed for personal, noncommercial use. You may print a card for personal use or gifting, send the phone version to your intended recipient, and provide the printable PDF to a print shop solely to print your personal copies. You may not resell the files or printed products, publish the complete ZIP, redistribute the artwork as templates, or claim the designs as your own.

Private Links and Access

Download access unlocks only after payment confirmation. Save your files and keep purchase and recovery links private. Send the phone image to your intended recipient rather than sharing your download page. Older personalized cards may have recipient links; anyone holding one of those links can view that card.

Printing and Phone Use

Follow the supplied instructions for paper size, orientation, scaling, cutting and folding. You arrange and pay for printing at home or through a print shop. Use paper supported by your printer; colors can vary between screens, printers and papers. A PDF reader, image viewer and, for the complete bundle, a ZIP extraction tool may be needed. Individual downloads are also available. PLM does not send or schedule the phone card for you.

Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse automated systems, commit fraud or use PLM in a way that harms another person or violates applicable law. We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect customers, PLM or others.

PLM Content and Intellectual Property

The PLM name, branding, artwork, card designs, website content and related materials belong to Passionate Love Messages or its licensors. Except for the personal-use permission included with a purchase, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep the website and purchased-card access available, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. We may maintain, improve or change the website when reasonably necessary. If a technical problem affects a completed purchase, contact us so we can try to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.

Disclaimer and Limitation

The website and digital products are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Passionate Love Messages is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including a recipient's device, internet connection or third-party messaging application.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
