Digital E-Cards

PLM cards are personalized digital products. Each purchase includes the digital items described on the card page, which may include a finished cover, message page, private sharing link and PDF download. No physical product will be mailed.

Personalization and Approval

You are responsible for reviewing names, wording, spelling, images, layout and the complete preview before payment. Once you approve and purchase a personalized card, changes may not be available and refunds are limited as explained in the Refund & Digital Delivery Policy.

Purchases

Prices are displayed before checkout. You agree to provide accurate checkout information and authorize the payment provider to charge the amount shown. A purchase is complete only after payment is successfully confirmed.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the messages, photographs and other original content you add. You give Passionate Love Messages permission to process, store and display that content only as needed to create, deliver, recover and support your card.

You must have permission to use anything you upload. Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, deceptive or infringing on another person's rights.

Personal Use Only

Your purchased card is licensed for personal, noncommercial use. You may share it with its intended recipient and keep or print the included PDF for personal use. You may not resell, reproduce, redistribute or offer PLM artwork, templates or card files as your own product.

Private Links and Access

You are responsible for sharing card links with the correct people and protecting purchase or recovery access. Anyone with a recipient link may be able to view the card. PLM is not responsible for access caused by a link you shared, forwarded or posted publicly.

Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse automated systems, commit fraud or use PLM in a way that harms another person or violates applicable law. We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect customers, PLM or others.

PLM Content and Intellectual Property

The PLM name, branding, artwork, card designs, website content and related materials belong to Passionate Love Messages or its licensors. Except for the personal-use permission included with a purchase, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep the website and purchased-card access available, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. We may maintain, improve or change the website when reasonably necessary. If a technical problem affects a completed purchase, contact us so we can try to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.

Disclaimer and Limitation

The website and digital products are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Passionate Love Messages is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including a recipient's device, internet connection or third-party messaging application.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
